12/26/2013

Four Arkansas school districts were named to the 4th Annual Advanced Placement District Honor Roll.

Alma School District 30, Beebe School District, Farmington School District 6 and Prairie Grove School District 23 were among 477 districts around the country and Canada that were honored by College Board for increasing access to AP coursework while maintaining or increasing the percentage of students who earned scores of 3 or higher on AP exams.

College Board is a non-profit organization that helps students prepare for college through various programs including the SAT college-entrance exam and the AP program.

Selection for the honor roll was based on three years of AP data (from 2011 to 2013).
