Is my school/library guaranteed reimbursement or discounts?
No. Funds are not obligated merely because of an application. A Funding Decision Commitment Letter (FDCL) will be sent by USAC/SLD which specifies the amount of money a entity may anticipate saving should the entity fulfill its obligations and meet deadlines.
