Which forms are districts required to submit online to ADE via ATLAS?

Districts are to submit the following in ATLAS:

  • September 15 - School District Induction Assurance Form
  • September 30 - Novice Teacher/Beginning Administrator Mentor Pairing Forms 
  • October 15 - Teacher Induction - Professional Growth Plan 
  • October 31 - Beginning Administrator - Professional Learning Plan
  • July 15 - End-of-Year Budget Report
