Are any of the induction recording forms submitted to ADE?
No. All induction forms are submitted via ATLAS, the Arkansas Teacher Licensure Accountability System. Formal Observation forms and a copy of the completed Front-End Mentoring Guide, if applicable, are submitted to the Mentoring Project Director of the school district.
