This rule establishes criteria and procedures for awarding grants under the Positive Youth Development Grant Program created by Ark. Code Ann. § 6-5-901 et seq. The statute requires ADE to adopt rules to implement the program; however, at present there is no funding available for the program. No grants will be awarded under this program until funding is made available by the General Assembly.
