Technology Initiatives and Resources
The Technology Initiatives and Resources Unit facilitates the development, implementation and modifications of the K-12 technology infrastructure which includes the award winning K-12 compressed interactive videoconferencing network.
This Unit provides leadership, training and support for the development of state and local school district technology plans. Staff are the state coordinators of the Arkansas E-Rate Program and provide technology infusion training and resources to schools, educational cooperatives, and Arkansas Department of Education staff.
