Arkansas History
Each teacher who provides instruction in Arkansas History, the required annual sixty (60) hours of professional development shall include two (2) hours of training in Arkansas history. Please see the Rules for Professional Development for more information.
Schools, districts, cooperatives, and approved Professoinal Development providers may offer these professional learning opportunities. Licensed educators may also access these courses in the Library: Social Studies on Arkansas IDEAS.
